Lambton Public Health To Gauge Community Satisfaction

Lambton Public Health will, over the coming weeks, be conducting what is believed to be a first-of-its-kind survey.

Epidemiologist Crystal Palleschi says the telephone questionnaire will help determine how well they're doing and what needs to be improved.

"We'd like to gather information about our services and programs," she says. "That information will help identify what programs and services residents of Sarnia-Lambton are using and how satisfied they are with those services."

The voluntary survey will take about 15 minutes to complete with results expected back by years end.

The survey will help Lambton Public Health if any improvements are needed.
