Driver Charged In Confederation Crash

A 57-year-old Plympton-Wyoming man is charged with dangerous operation of a motor vehicle in connection with a single vehicle crash late Wednesday afternoon. Lambton OPP responded to Confederation Line and Minielly Rd. at around 5:30pm.

Police say the driver of a Chev Silverado lost control while passing another vehicle on Confederation Line, and flipped before hitting a hydro pole.

The driver had to be extricated by firefighters and transported to hospital. Police say there had been several aggressive driving complaints about a Chev Silverado in Sarnia and other municipalities in Lambton.

William Kiff is also charged with failing to comply with an undertaking and is to appear in Sarnia court December 5.
