(BlackburnNews.com photo)A 69-year-old St. Clair Township man was seriously injured in a horse and buggy incident Saturday afternoon.
Lambton OPP Constable Travis Parsons says they responded just before 4pm to Mill St. in the Wilkesport area.
Parsons says their initial investigation indicated the operator was tossed from the buggy when the horse was startled by two barking dogs.
He was airlifted to hospital in critical condition.
No name has been released.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
