Preds Add Experience To Blueline

The Lambton Shores Predators will have a new defenceman in the lineup when they travel to London Wednesday. The Preds acquired Noah Bennett from Niagara Falls earlier in the week, a big 6'5" defenceman who also has experience playing up front as well. Bennett played in a pair of games with the London Knights this season, where he scored his first OHL goal.

Head Coach Brian Dobbin says Bennetts size and experience is a great addition to the hockey club.

"We're looking for Noah to come in and be a stabilizing force," says Dobbin. "We're young and fairly inexperienced on the blue line, he'll be a great addition and a big asset going forward."

The Hanover native started the season with the London Nationals. The Predators and Legionnaires face off at Sarnia Arena Thursday night, Sarnia has one both games between the teams this season.
