Lambton OPP say on Wednesday around 5:45am, a 52-year-old woman was struck by a slow moving van in a parking lot at a business at Petrolia Line and Centre St.
She was taken to hospital and treated for minor injuries.
The OPP don't expect any charges will be laid.
People in southern Huron and Lambton counties are being told to limit their time outside.
