Improving Downtown Wyoming

Plympton-Wyoming Council plans to hire a consultant to determine how to improve downtown Wyoming.

CAO Carolyn Tripp chaired a recent meeting attended by about 50 residents and business owners.

"They mentioned everything from having a farmer's market to improving the facades of businesses to signage to parking," says Tripp. "They were a really good group of individuals who had really put some thought into this."

It's hoped the report is back in council's hands in the first half of next year.
