Victim Identified In Fatal Crash

Police have identified a man killed in a single-vehicle crash near Strathroy.

The Ontario Provincial Police say say on Sunday around 7:45am, a beige Chevrolet car was travelling south on Centre Rd., when it crossed the northbound lane and left the road. The vehicle then rolled down an embankment and landed on the south side of the Ausable River.

The driver, 35-year-old Quentin MacGregor of North Middlesex, was the one person in the vehicle and was pronounced dead at the scene

Centre Rd. was closed from Glasgow St. to Townsend Line until around 2:30pm while police were at the scene.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
