Daytime Break-In Investigated In Arkona

Lambton OPP is investigating a daytime residential break, enter and theft in Lambton Shores.

Officers were called to a residence in the 7200-block of Arkona Rd. just after 5pm Tuesday.

They were told by the victim that sometime between 7am and 5pm entry was gained to the home through a locked back door and $800 worth of jewellery was stolen.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
