Ticket's 35% Sold For Dream Home Lottery

This year's Dream Home Lottery is the most popular to date for the Bluewater Health Foundation.

Executive Director Kathy Alexander says tickets for the 22nd lottery are 35% sold, well ahead of 2015.

"We seem to be ahead of the game compared to this time last year, so we're really excited about the community engagement so far with this year's Dream Home," says Alexander.

"We've had almost 4,000 people through the house in terms of open house tours and visits and we're really pleased with how progress is going to date."

The Rodriguez Dr. home, valued at over $525,000, includes all the furnishings, electronics and appliances.

The first early bird draw for a trip for two to Mexico is January 13, 2017 and to qualify tickets must be purchased by January 8.

The grand prize draw will be held at Bluewater Health February 24, 2017.

Money raised from this years lottery will go towards the purchase of a new CT Scanner for the hospital.
