Jewelry And Electronics Stolen From Courtright Home

Just days after Christmas, $15,000 worth of jewelry and electronics have been stolen from a residence in Courtright.

Lambton OPP say thieves forcibly entered the home on Thomson St. Wednesday afternoon, and made off with a seven diamond engagement and five diamond wedding ring set, gold bracelet and necklaces.

Two tablets and three laptops were also stolen.

Members of the OPP Identification Unit are assisting in the investigation.

Anyone with information is asked to call Lambton OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
