Attempted Break And Enter

Lambton OPP are investigating an attempted break and enter in Lambton Shores.

Around 10:30pm on Sunday, police were called to the 10000-block of Greenway Rd. for a break and enter in progress.

The homeowner heard a sudden loud bang, noticed a broken door handle on his trailer and believed that someone was still inside.

The OPP conducted an extensive search but no suspects were located, and nothing was reported stolen.

No suspects have been identified.

Anyone with information is asked to call Lambton OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
