Lambton College Students Tackle Mental Health

Lambton College is doing its part to join in on the mental health conversation.

Student Kyle McVittie says as part of Bell Let's Talk Day, there will be a number of events at the school throughout the day highlighting mental health.

"We are doing a lot of coping strategies, puzzles, making stress balls and yoga in the afternoon, that's a good one," says McVittie.

Bell will donate $0.05 for every text, long distance phone call and #BellLetsTalk sent out today on twitter and instagram towards mental health initiatives in Canada.
