The Exmouth St.-Barclay Dr. area including Lambton Mall, as well as parts of the College Park and Sherwood Village subdivisions, parts of London Line, Telfer Rd., Blackwell Sideroad and Lakeshore Rd. were affected.
Service was fully restored at around 2:25am.
