Power outage map, Bluewater Power Twitter Bluewater Power crews spent much of the night working in wet, windy conditions, restoring power to a wide swath of Sarnia after lightning strikes triggered numerous outages. The Exmouth St.-Barclay Dr. area including Lambton Mall, as well as parts of the College Park and Sherwood Village subdivisions, parts of London Line, Telfer Rd., Blackwell Sideroad and Lakeshore Rd. were affected.
Service was fully restored at around 2:25am.
