One 'Can' Make A Difference

CANstruction begins Saturday at Lambton Mall

"We have 17 teams this year and that's three more than last year," says Inn of The Good Shepherd Executive Director Myles Vanni. "We're expecting to get about 35,000 lbs of food."

Prizes will be awarded in eight categories on Sunday.

"The teams are very particular with the size of the cans, the colour of the labels and facing the right way to get that look," says Vanni.

The canned creations must follow the theme of Canada 150 and will be on display until March 21.

The winner will be named "Peoples' Choice."
