It happened shortly before 8am just south of the overpass near St. Andrew St.
Sarnia police say a female driver was taken to hospital with minor injuries. The driver of the other vehicle has been charged under the Highway Traffic Act with failing to yield to traffic from a private driveway.
The road was closed for about 40 minutes while the scene was cleared and has since reopened.
Local runners will lace up this weekend in support of cancer research.
Over 40 candidates are competing for a spot on the Walpole Island First Nation band council in the upcoming election on Saturday, September 19.
The event was originally planned to commemorate Corunna almost becoming the capital of Canada.
A meet the candidates night is planned on Monday, September 21 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community and Youth Centre.
The series will bring both aspiring and established business owners together on Tuesday evenings at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community Centre.
Gates for the three-day fair will open at the Wyoming Fair Grounds on Main Street on Friday, September 18, at 5 p.m., with opening ceremonies beginning at 7 p.m.
