The workers, represented by the Canadian Union of Public Employees, say they have not had a contract and no wage increase for four years. They also claim the Canadian Hearing Society is demanding major rollbacks to health benefits.
Strike action began March 6 after talks broke down.

Gates for the three-day fair will open at the Wyoming Fair Grounds on Main Street on Friday, September 18, at 5 p.m., with opening ceremonies beginning at 7 p.m.
