Lambton OPP are searching for two suspects after the attempted theft of coins from a dispenser at the Pt. Edward Car Wash.
Around 5am Thursday, police were called to the Lite St. business by a concerned citizen who observed two suspicious people in the area.
Upon arrival, police noticed the coin dispenser had been damaged in an effort to steal coins. Nothing was reported stolen.
The OPP's Canine Unit and Emergency Response Team conducted a search in the area, but no suspects were found and the investigation continues.
