Impaired Driving Charges Laid In Petrolia Crash

A Petrolia woman is charged with impaired driving following a collision Tuesday morning.

Lambton OPP say a car slammed into a crosswalk signal post around 5am at Petrolia Line and Greenfield St.

The 31-year-old driver was arrested and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and failing to provide a breath sample.

Police say she was not injured in the crash.

New military crosswalk in Sarnia to be unveiled

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
