Fluoride On The Agenda Again

There'll be yet another public meeting in Sarnia to discuss the contentious issue of fluoride in municipal drinking water.

Three guest speakers are invited to the meeting set for May 29 at 3pm at city hall in advance of Sarnia City Council's regular meeting.

Lambton County Medical Officer of Health Dr. Sudit Ranade, the Lambton Area Water Supply System board, and Dr. Hardy Limeback, the former head of the University of Toronto Preventative Dentistry and former president of the Canadian Association of Dental Research.

Citizens can also ask to be included on the agenda by email at fluoride@sarnia.ca.

Staff will gather submissions until June 2, and prepare a report on the issue for council's consideration.
