Pacers Pick Up Rare Win Over Windsor

It was a long time coming for the Point Edward Pacers as they scored four goals in the third period to beat division leading Windsor.

The Pacers topped the Clippers 11-8 in Windsor Thursday to end a 13 game losing streak against their Far West Division rivals. It has been a while since the Pacers last beat the Clippers, they did so in 2012 when they were the Sarnia Pacers.

Korey Conroy lead the way with three goals and three assists, Blain Adams had a goal and four helpers. Corey Burr and Jacob Caughlin both had two goal games as well.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
