Water quality is tested at Grand Bend, Pinery Provincial Park, Ipperwash Main Beach, Highland Glen, Bright’s Grove and Canatara.
Remember, the water at area beaches can be temporarily polluted for up to 48 hours following heavy rainfall.
Local runners will lace up this weekend in support of cancer research.

A meet the candidates night is planned on Monday, September 21 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community and Youth Centre.
The series will bring both aspiring and established business owners together on Tuesday evenings at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community Centre.
Gates for the three-day fair will open at the Wyoming Fair Grounds on Main Street on Friday, September 18, at 5 p.m., with opening ceremonies beginning at 7 p.m.
