Police responded to Kimball Rd. at 4:30am Wednesday morning.
They say a 2000 Monte Carlo left the road, hit a water-filled ditch and rolled several times.
The driver is to appear in Sarnia court on August 14 to speak to the charges including impaired driving and driving while suspended.
Local runners will lace up this weekend in support of cancer research.

A meet the candidates night is planned on Monday, September 21 from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community and Youth Centre.
The series will bring both aspiring and established business owners together on Tuesday evenings at the Maawn Doosh Gumig Community Centre.
Gates for the three-day fair will open at the Wyoming Fair Grounds on Main Street on Friday, September 18, at 5 p.m., with opening ceremonies beginning at 7 p.m.
