Family Channel Dancers Come To Sarnia

Professional dancers from "The Next Step" visit Sarnia Wednesday, August 30 to teach a few dance lessons.

Apex Dance Industry is welcoming Cierra and Skylar Healey from the Family Channel show.

Studio owner Allyx Smith says the event has been in the works for a while.

"I actually did a teacher certification program with Cierra and I became pretty good friends with her," says Smith. "I brought them to Sarnia last year for a workshop and it went pretty well, so I thought I would do it again this year."

The event, at 824 Phillip St., starts at 5pm and includes a warmup, jazz and lyrical class for $45.

Smith says fans of the show, who don't want to dance, can come watch for a small fee.

To register call 519-330-1625.
