37th Annual Terry Fox Run Sunday

The 37th annual Terry Fox Run in support of cancer research is this Sunday at Sarnia's Canatara Park.

Spokesperson Jo Kulik says there's no registration fee or minimum donation required to participate.

Kulik says 84-cents of every dollar raised is donated to the Terry Fox Run Foundation.

"Last year we had $25,500, but with the schools included the total for Lambton County was $68, 270," says Kulik.

She says over the last 35 years Sarnia-Lambton has raised $1.2-million.

Petrolia and Alvinston are also hosting runs on Sunday. School runs are scheduled for Thursday, September 28.
