Shotgun Stolen From St. Clair Township Home

A Norica .410 bolt action shotgun was taken during a daytime break and enter in St. Clair Township Monday.

Lambton OPP responded to a West French Line residence around 4pm.

Police say their investigation revealed that forced entry had been gained through two exterior doors.

While other items were taken, Lambton OPP are concerned about the shot gun because its trigger lock was affixed.

Police say the gun can be identified if located at a later date.

Rural residents are urged to be on the lookout for suspicious vehicles.

Anyone with information is asked to call Lambton OPP or Crime Stoppers.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
