Animal Abuse Case Under Investigation

The Sarnia and District and Humane Society is hoping someone will have some answers about an injured adult dog.

The humane society received a tip from a concerned resident and located the dog in the Dawn-Euphemia area last Saturday, September 23.

OSPCA Agent Nicole King says the animal was suffering from multiple injuries.

"This was brought to us by a tip, it is a stray dog that is now under veterinarian care," says King.

She says while the investigation is ongoing further details are not being released at this time.
