Oh Deer!

Lambton OPP say there were 11 collisions involving deer over the weekend.

It's breeding season and that combined with feeding and hunting patterns means deer will be especially active for the next two months.

Police say always scan the roadway and adjacent ditches ahead of you while driving.

Deer rarely travel alone so if you see one, there are likely more nearby, especially at dusk and dawn.
