Dog Bites Child In Petrolia

Lambton Public Health is looking for a dog and its owner after it bit a child on the hand in Petrolia.

It happened around 4pm on November 1 outside of Heidi's Independent Grocer.

The dog is described as a small breed with a black back, white belly, and one eye.

The owner is a man in his late 40s or early 50s with a slim build and a mustache.

If the dog isn't located, the victim will require post exposure rabies shots.
