Hydro One To Send Customers Redesigned Electric Bill

Hydro One customers will be getting an early Christmas present this year.

The electrical provider is sending redesigned bills to its customers that will improve service, reduce confusion and, most importantly, cut costs.

Vice-President of Corporate Affairs Natalie Poole-Moffatt says another way to reduce your cost is to switch over to electronic billing.

"It costs about $1.50 for every paper-bill we send out," says Poole-Moffatt . "When we do them electronically, that reduces cost so we're really trying to push customers to do e-billing."

Hydro One also revamped their website in another effort to make paying your bill less confusing .

Customers will start receiving the redesigned bill over the next few months as the old version is phased out.
