Wyoming Poised For Huge Residential Expansion

It's the biggest residential development in Wyoming in decades.

Construction on the first phase of a 92 home subdivision in the east end of the town will begin this spring, according to Mayor Lonny Napper.

"It expands our boundaries to the east from Confederation Line to past Main St.," says Napper. "It's not going to be 92 houses tomorrow, it's going to take some years, but it's definitely a go and it will help our tax base."

The Mike Radcliffe team is the developer, the same company that is building the Ridge Crossing subdivision in Lucan.

And Profunds Mortgages is planning to build 15 condominium units in three buildings, adjacent to the existing Kountry Korners multi-use residential building on Lakeshore Rd. near Sawmill Creek.

The start of construction hasn't been finalized yet, although Plympton-Wyoming council has entered into a development agreement with the company.
