No injuries are reported in a house fire at the intersection of Devine St. and Mitton St. Tuesday morning.
Captain Chris Palmer says three stations responded at about 9:20am.
He says when they arrived, flames and heavy smoke were coming out of the main floor of the two-storey building and damage.
"It's still under investigation and fire prevention people have arrived, the main floor is where the fire origin was," says Palmer.
Captain Palmer says all of the tenants in the home made it out safely.
Damage is estimated at $100,000 and the blaze was sparked by a candle left burning overnight.
While firefighters were at that scene, a call came in from the Minto St. and Germain St. area where a detached garage had caught fire.
