Hospital Road Restrictions

Bluewater Health says Norman St. will be closed to through traffic from London Rd. to Maria St. on Monday.

It's for JMR Electric to prepare to install a new chiller in the penthouse medical room on the 7th floor of the hospital.

The hospital says there won't be any service disruptions, but anyone coming to the Emergency Department by car is asked to approach from Russell St., onto Maria St., and then to Norman St.

There will be no pull-up/drop-off location available during construction. Security will be on hand to help pedestrians.

Access will be maintained for ambulances, nearby businesses, and the staff parking lot.

Bluewater Health says this is the first of four phases of the chiller installation that will involve road obstructions in the coming weeks.
