Driver Found Passed Out Behind The Wheel

A 24-year-old Plympton-Wyoming man is charged with impaired driving after OPP found a stopped car interfering with traffic on Minielly Rd. early Sunday morning.

Police responded to a complaint from a concerned citizen at about 3:10am about a driver being seen slumped over the steering wheel of his vehicle.

They say a Volkswagon Jetta was found stopped and running within both lanes of the road with the driver passed out.

The vehicle was also locked and it took police a while to gain entry and arrest the driver.
