Snowmobile Trail (BlackburnNews.com photo by Ray Baynton)An investigation is underway after a snowmobile trail groomer in Warwick Township came upon a damaged snowmobile and a dead man beside it Thursday morning.
Lambton OPP were called to the area of First School Rd., between Egremont Rd. and Brick Yard Line, around 10:30am Thursday.
Police have identified the deceased man as 41-year-old Robert J. Thompson of Warwick Township.
The Regional Coroner's Office has taken over the investigation to determine the cause of death.
