Stunt Driver Charged On Hwy. 402

A Sarnia man faces a stunt driving charge after a car was clocked at 163 km/h in a 100 km/h zone on Hwy. 402 early Wednesday.

Middlesex OPP say a brown Chevrolet sedan was stopped at around 3am near Hickory Dr.

The 38-year-old driver was charged with racing a motor vehicle, his driver's licence was suspended for seven days and the car seized for seven days.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
