Final REVUE At Former SCITS

Students will take to the stage for the last ever Revue at the former SCITS building March 1-3.

Director and teacher April Brander says when they called for performers, Great Lakes Secondary School students jumped at the chance.

"We had a huge response this year with over 50 acts," says Brander. "Now these two schools have truly merged and become a new school with a new identity, everyone wanted to get involved."

Brander says it will be a bittersweet moment in history.

"I've worked at the school for 15 years and I'm a SCITS alumni and this is my first year as taking on the role of director," she says. "It's bittersweet that my first year in the director's chair will be the last year at 275 Wellington St. But it will be a new beginning and this Revue will be around for years to come."

Tickets cost $12 at the door or $10 in advance at the school and the show is a family-friendly edition.
