Sarnia police say a city teen has been found safe after a public alert was issued Saturday night. 15-year-old Jayden Mercer had last been seen Thursday evening around 6pm and there was concern for her well-being. Police reported this morning that she's accounted for and safe. It was the third time in three months that the teen has been reported missing.
