Oversized Equipment Move This Week

Oversized loads will be making their way from LamSar to NOVA Chemicals Moore site Thursday and Friday, between the hours of 9:30am and 1pm.

They'll make their way down Plank Rd. to Hwy. 40 south to NOVA and will have a police escort.

The equipment is part of NOVA's Moore Site Emissions Reduction Project and was assembled and welded locally at LamSar.

The company says its part of a $44-million investment to reduce emission associated with the polyethylene manufacturing process. Start-up is targeted for next year, subject to regulatory approvals.
