UPDATE: Suspect Sought By Sarnia Police Arrested

A man wanted for various domestic-related charges by Sarnia police has been arrested.

Ronald Craig Hope, 57, was taken into custody without incident by the Provincial Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement Squad in Lambeth late Thursday morning.

Sarnia police asked for residents to keep a look out for Hope and call them if he was spotted after he had been seen around 12:30am Thursday in the 200-block of Kathleen St. in Sarnia.

Hope was wanted on two counts of uttering threats to cause bodily harm and criminal harassment.

Sarnia police are thanking the public for their assistance.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
