Hundreds Ready To Take On Muddy Challenge

Hundreds of people are expected to take on a muddy challenge for charity Saturday.

The fourth annual Assante Dirty Dash for Sarnia-Lambton Rebound is being held at Canatara Park and along the beach.

Spokesperson Emma Mallon says participants will be tasked with completing a 5 km mud run which includes an obstacle course.

"We have a lot of teams that sign up, a lot of work teams or friends and we encourage everyone to get into the spirit and dress up," says Mallon. "We will have prizes for the best-dressed team."

She says the theme this year is army camouflage.
