The teen was airlifted to London hospital Thursday night following a single-vehicle crash at Confederation Line and Waterworks Rd.
The name of the teen, the lone occupant of the vehicle, still has not been released.
The investigation into the crash continues.
Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
