Ashton Falconer went missing on Sunday, August 12 near Ferry Dock Hill just west of the Front St.-Davis St. intersection.
Police say he has since been located.
Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
