Burgers To Beat MS

It's Burgers to Beat MS day at A&W restaurants country-wide.

On Thursday, August 16, $2 from every Teen Burger sold will be passed along to the MS Society of Canada.

Over $11-million has been raised over the ten years of the campaign.

Canada has one of the highest rates of Multiple Sclerosis in the world.

On average, 11 Canadians are diagnosed with MS every day and women are three times more likely than men to be diagnosed with the disease.

Two men arrested in Tashmoo Ave. standoff

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
