City police say a car and e-bike collided at the intersection of East St. and Talfourd St. around 10am.
The e-bike driver suffered non-life threatening injuries.
The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
