Tools Stolen From New Home In St. Clair Township

Lambton OPP are investigating after a number of tools were stolen from a newly-constructed home in St. Clair Township.

Police say suspects forced entry into the residence sometime on Saturday evening and took several high end power and construction tools worth $5,500.

The stolen items include:

1) Makita driver/drill

2) Makita 4 amp. batteries and chargers

3) Makita reciprocating saws, hammer drill and skill saw

4) Makita oscillating tool, grinder, planer and blower/vacuum

5) Dewalt 12" dual bevel miter saw and stand

6) 24"-78" Stabilla level set

7) Black and Decker plunge router

8) Huskey tool tote

9) Various bits, blades, trimmers, scrapers, chisels, knives and blades.

The OPP's West Region Identification and Lambton Property Crimes Unit continue to look into the theft.

Police are not divulging the location of the break-in for security reasons.

Anyone with information is asked to call the OPP or Crime Stoppers.
