Vehicle window busted in drug bust

The Sarnia Police Service Vice Unit struck not once, but twice on Tuesday, in surveillance operations involving suspected drug traffickers.

Officers broke the passenger window of a vehicle that was stopped at an unspecified location in the city, when one of three occupants allegedly refused to get out. Police believed an attempt was being made to dispose of drugs by scattering them on the floor of the vehicle, and there was concern about the safety of everyone involved.

A quantity of Fentanyl powder, crystal methamphetamine and over $1,200 in Canadian currency were seized.

Three Sarnia residents, William David Hurst, 30, Robert James Davidson, 29, and Christy Rogers-Aaron, 36, face drug trafficking charges. Hurst is also charged with obstructing police.

On Tuesday evening, officers pulled over a vehicle in Sarnia and later executed a search warrant at a residence on East St. in London.

In the traffic stop and residential search, a total of about $17,000 worth of methamphetamine, cocaine, heroin, marijuana, magic mushrooms and over $2,700 in cash were seized, along with a taser.

Two London men, Tim Legge, 50, and Wayne Milner, 47, face several charges including trafficking of a controlled substance.
