Sarnia police investigate serious crash involving motorcycle

There was a serious crash involving an SUV and a motorcycle Friday morning on London Line.

Sarnia police said it happened at around 9:30 a.m. near Tim Hortons and Hiawatha Horse Park.

Information about possible injuries has not been released.

London Line at Hiawatha Horse Park was closed while officers investigated.

The roadway reopened just before 2 p.m.

The Volunteer Expo at the VON offices Friday afternoon on London Line was cancelled because of the crash.

The expo will be rescheduled for sometime in November.

Sarnia police said the investigation began on May 29 after the victim was allegedly attacked by acquaintances at a residence near Tashmoo Avenue and Christopher Drive at Aamjiwnaang First Nation.
