Man charged after pick-up truck damages fence

A 22-year-old St. Clair Township man is charged after a vehicle slammed through a fence on Jane Street in Brigden.

Lambton OPP said it happened around 3:30 a.m. on Saturday.

Police said the pick-up truck was heading down Duncan Street when the driver lost control, left the roadway and hit the fence.

The OPP later located the driver and charged him with impaired operation of a motor vehicle after conducting a breath test.

The man will appear in Sarnia court on October 28.
