Sarnia police, fire and Lambton EMS responded just after 8 a.m.
Firefighters extricated one person from a vehicle, and two people were taken to hospital with what appeared to be minor injuries.
Indian Road was down to one lane while emergency crews were on scene.
The investigation is ongoing.
