Santa Claus Parade (BlackburnNews.com photo by Dave Dentinger)With the first frost of the season in Petrolia, the Parks and Recreation Committee has announced the theme of this year's Santa Claus parade.
The December 1 procession will have "A Swinging 50s and 60s" theme.
The committee is asking for nominations for Parade Marshal, and application forms for floats can be found at www.town.petrolia.on.ca.
